This multi-floor Class “A” project featured an inter-connecting stainless steel wrapped stairway & railing system, freeform radius acoustical ceiling plan, serpentine glass partitions and custom Persian tile at the Reception area. KANE developed a phased construction plan tailored to deliver the data center infrastructure, LAN Room and UPS system early in the project so as to facilitate advance relocation and testing of the Association’s data equipment.
