Best Building Redevelopment

This former retail facility was converted into a suburban Class A office building. Stripped back to the building structural core, KANE installed all new core/ lobby elements including restrooms, granite lobby finishes, conveying systems, exterior glazing system, a new 100 ton HVAC system and a 4,000 amp electrical upgrade. The exterior of the facility was extensively redone with a custom steel awning, new asphalt parking lots with vehicle access controls, fencing, curb work and a landscape package in effort to safely redirect traffic around the facility as required for its new use. Concurrent to the base building redevelopment, KANE constructed the 30,000 sf Class A tenant improvements for Booz Allen & Hamilton.
