Cidera

This headquarters and datacasting facility was constructed from shell warehouse space located at 8037 Laurel Lakes Court in Beltsville, MD. The technically challenging project contains space for the Corporate Offices, Marketing, Engineering and a Network Operations Center. Details include extensive use of floating acoustical ceilings, canted and radius drywall partitions finished in high-energy hues and textures. Concurrent to the tenant improvements, KANE upgraded the base building systems from shell to meet the tenants special electrical and mechanical requirements. A two-phased project, completion required just 16 weeks on site.
