The project includes construction of new offices, common areas and conference rooms LAN room with separate HVAC, security, telephone and videoconference systems. Set off with oversized sidelites and large perimeter offices, the workstations and common areas are flooded with natural light and were designed to meet LEED CI Gold standards. Extensive use of sappele wood trim and wall panels integrated with stainless steel accents, porcelain floor tiles and glass shelves supported by aircraft cable, provide a sophisticated backdrop for the modern color palette featuring multiple accent walls, tack surfaces and built-in furniture with storage units in each office.
