Covering five (5) floors, the high-tech space was completed concurrently with the base building renovation including extensive granite flooring, stained cherry trim, glazing packages, and a new fire & life safety system. The lobby areas include an exposed ceiling, pendant lighting, new storefronts and a design/build granite waterfall and was nominated for a Craftsmanship Award by The Washington Building Congress.
