KANE worked closely with Rubenstein’s Senior Management and A2 Design to implement strategic upgrades to the 7 story Best-in-Class building overlooking Interstate I-270.

KANE Construction, Inc. The Kane Transfer Company, was founded by Francis J. Kane on February 15, 1918. With a $500 bank loan used to buy a Ford Model T Truck, Francis operated the company initially out of a small garage on Ivy Street SE, just off New Jersey Avenue.

KANE Construction, Inc., (Gaithersburg, MD) was recently awarded the 18,000 square foot renovation of WSSC’s 9th Floor  offices located at their headquarters in Laurel, Maryland. The iconic 14-story building, designed by Torti Gallas + Partners,  sits along I-95 and was constructed in 1991.

The 2017 MD/DC NAIOP Awards of Excellence was a proud night for KANE Construction as the winner of an Award in the BEST INTERIORS category. KANE took home the Award of Merit for the high-end renovation of the Men’s Locker Room at Congressional Country Club.

The Baltimore Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), a non-profit trade association, has named KANE Construction, Inc. the winner of four awards, including three Excellence Awards in their annual ABC Awards of Excellence Program…
