Dennis has directed the completion of several high profile commercial, healthcare and bio-science, and retail tenant projects from Baltimore, MD to Richmond, VA. As a construction professional he has held executive responsibility for over $750 million in commercial construction and renovation work from concept through project closeout. His reputation for strategic problem solving make him a frequent resource to many end users, CRE developers, brokers and designers.

Ray Catalucci is Chief Financial Officer for KANE Construction, and has over 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive in the services and construction industries. Ray is directly responsible for overseeing all phases of accounting, insurance, bonding, banking and financial risk management. He has exceptional skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting and people management. Ray’s a well-rounded manager with business experience in people management, contingency planning, construction cost accounting, controls, compensation strategies, and all aspects of financial management.
Barry Plunkett Vice PresidentVice President|Operations Baltimore
Barry Plunkett is Vice President of Operations for KANE Construction, and is responsible for the oversight and management of KANE operations in both the Washington and Baltimore offices. Barry’s demonstrated a broad range of capabilities and project experience, and has a proven 25-year record of leading the construction of office space, medical facilities, research facilities, restaurants, core building spaces, industrial spaces, fitness centers, restroom and lobby upgrades, electrical upgrades, mechanical upgrades, Data Center Build Outs, LEED Accredited spaces, and SCIF/High Security spaces. His experience is concentrated in the Baltimore and surrounding corridor markets. Barry has successfully managed private sector and public sector Design|Build and Design|Bid|Build projects from estimating through design to project management and closeout. He’s excelled in developing and managing the right teams to execute on complex and time-constrained projects throughout his career.
Richard Yelenik Vice PresidentVice President|Pre-Construction
Rich Yelenik is Vice President of Pre-construction for KANE and has over 32-years of construction experience involving project management and estimating. He is responsible for overseeing all phases of the estimating services provided, including pre-construction services, preliminary design development, preparation of construction and specifications, bid solicitation, project planning, scheduling, budget control, and quality assurance. He also plays an active role in contract negotiations with clients and owners. His project management / estimating experience includes base building, tenant construction, retail, public, institutional, healthcare, and industrial projects. He has a strong background in the mechanical disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial / process piping systems that allows KANE to present our clients an advanced level of expertise in these disciplines.
