KANE Construction, Inc., (Gaithersburg, MD) recently completed 30,000 sf of multi-floor amenity space and building renovations at 2600 Tower Oaks Boulevard in Rockville, Maryland for Rubenstein Partners. KANE worked closely with Rubenstein’s Senior Management and A2 Design to implement strategic upgrades to the 7 story Best-in-Class building overlooking Interstate I-270.  Despite operational challenges presented with the onset of COVID-19 and resulting protocols, the multi-million dollar renovation was completed on time and on budget.

Improvements and Projects at 2600 Tower Oaks Boulevard include:
•    1st Floor Premium Fitness Center and Tenant Lounge & Café
•    1st & 2nd Floor Lobby Renovations
•    1st Floor Conference Center
•    New Core Restrooms over Seven (7) Floors
•    Separate Spec Suites over Five (5) Floors
•    Lower Level Lobby and Conference/Training Room
•    Exterior Walkways and Canopy
