Sr. Project Manager

Professional and business oriented, full service Project Managers handle client and subcontractor correspondence and monitor project superintendents and job progress. Additional duties include client development and estimating. Great opportunity for advancement for the right person.

Project Superintendent

Energetic and experienced, we are looking for site superintendents with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience and can-do attitude. All of our work is fast track and requires extensive dealings with the design team and owner’s representative. The ability to communicate effectively with all team members in high pressure situations is necessary. Base building renovation and tenant finish positions.

Project Administrative Assistant

Diligent and attentive to detail, responsibilities include submittal logs, invoice preparation, subcontractor correspondence, filing, marketing materials and general office duties. Prior construction or real estate developer administrative experience is preferred. Great opportunity for advancement to project management.
